油溶性稠油降粘剂研究进展

ADVANCES IN OIL-SOLUBLE VISCOSITY-REDUCERS FOR VISCOUS CRUDE OIL

  • 摘要: 分析了稠油黏度形成机理和油溶性降黏剂的降黏机理,对降黏剂进行了分类,介绍了各类降黏剂的合成方法及其在稠油生产中的应用;探讨了油溶性稠油降黏剂研制开发和应用中存在的问题,指出在聚合物分子骨架上引入具有极性或表面活性的侧链,利用降黏剂和油溶性表面活性剂、含氟表面活性剂等进行复配是今后油溶性降黏剂的发展方向。

     

    Abstract: In this paper the advances in oil-soluble viscosity-reducers for viscous crude oil at home and abroad are reviewed. The article analyzes the mechanisms of the viscosity forming and the viscosity reduction by oil-soluble viscosity-reducers. The viscosity-reducers are classified into three types,the synthesis methods and the application in the oil-field are presented. The article discusses the possible problems in the research and development of high efficiency viscosity-reducers, also in the applications. It indicates that introducing polar groups or active surface groups to the polymer and mixing oil-soluble viscosity-reducers with oil-soluble surface active agents or fluorinated surface active agents are the developing direction.
