交联聚合物冻胶调堵剂性能评价指标及方法

PERFORMANCE EVALUATION INDEXES AND MEASURES OF CROSS-LINKED POLYMER GEL FOR WATER SHUTOFF AND PROFILE CONTROL

  • 摘要: 交联聚合物冻胶(凝胶)因其独特的结构及优良的性能,而成为国内外油田堵水调剖作业中应用最广泛的堵剂。根据聚合物、交联剂及其它添加剂的不同,交联聚合物凝胶又可细分为多种类别的堵剂,这些堵剂尽管结构、形成路径和使用范围不同,但其基本性能及性能评价指标差异不大,现有的性能评价方法1多数缺乏科学性和实用性。本研究以聚丙烯酰胺凝胶堵剂为基准,建立了交联聚合物凝胶堵剂系统的性能评价方法,针对堵剂的溶解性能、成胶性能及在多孔介质中的封堵性能等量化指标进行了探讨,提出了聚合物凝胶调堵剂性能评价指标及定量评价方法。

     

    Abstract: Cross-linked polymer gel has unique structure and excellent performance, and due to this it has now most often been used in water shutoff and profile control in domestic and overseas oilfields. According to the differences on the polymer, cross-linking agents and addition agents, cross-linked polymer gel can be classified into many kinds. Though all kinds of gel have different structures, cross-linking ways and scopes of application, basic characters and evaluation indexes of them have no large difference. At present, performance evaluation measures of the gel are now more than 10 kinds and most of them are lack of practicability and scientificity. In the paper, systemic evaluation indexes and measures of performance for cross-linked polymer gel are established and polyacrylamide gel is used as benchmark. Quantitative indexes of agent dissolubility, gelation capacity and shutoff capacity in porous media are the emphasis of research.
