海上油田完井技术和理念

OFFSHORE OILFIELD COMPLETION TECHNOLOGY AND CONCEPT

  • 摘要: 介绍了海上油田的优快完井工艺及其配套技术,重点从完井液、射孔、防砂方式、潜油电泵地面管理系统控制技术等方面阐述海上近年来在完井作业过程中应用的不同于陆上油田的完井系统技术。在介绍上述特殊工艺的基础上,提出了海上优快完井、适度防砂及健康、安全和环保(HSE)等海洋石油新的完井理念。

     

    Abstract: Optimized and fast completion techniques and auxiliary technologies for offshore oilfield are presented in this paper, and the systematic completion technologies which differ form that of onshore completion are illustrated from such key aspects as completion fluid, perforation and sand control method, ESP surface management and control, etc. Based on the above illustration, some new offshore completion concepts are presented, i.e., optimized and fast completion, proper sand control and HSE.
