多层酸化工艺研究及应用

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF MULTI- FORMATION ACIDIZING

  • 摘要: 酸化是油井增产、水井增注的主要措施之一,现有的酸化工艺存在耐压耐温低、分层酸化层段少、不易反洗井等问题。通过对酸化封隔器结构、胶筒密封件结构、胶筒胶料的配方和多层开关的研究,使该酸化工艺基本满足了中、低渗透层酸化压力高、酸化层段多的需要,现场施工最高压力达40MPa,酸化层段达3层,施工后能够顺利反洗井,提高东部老区中、低渗透层段的开发效果。

     

    Abstract: Well acidizing is one of the main styles to promote oil production and water injection. The present acidizing methods always show the problems of lower pressure and temperature endurances, less number of acidizing formation layers, difficulty of counter well washing. Through the researches of acidizing packer structure, cup sealing structure, cup material and multi-layer switcher, the technology fit for the requirement of high acidizing pressure in low and middle permeability formations and the requirement of multi-formations acidizing. It can be up to the highest pressure of 40 MPa with three acidizing formations. And it also can run counter well washing. This technology improves the development effects of low and middle permeability reservoirs in East Region of China.
