Abstract: By the problems of high investment and mobilization in the normal polymer injection system, in view of the characters of small size and scattered location, the research worked out a skid-mounted process which measures to local conditions, is simple and applicable, with lower investment, easy mobilization, safety and reliability. Through the optimization of the equipment selection and process design, it includes four systems:the meltage and mixers, the jetblender, the injection and the removable transformer. Site application shows that the process completely fits for the requirements of polymer injection for profile modification in highly faulted and small reservoirs, gains good effects.
