出砂事故井作业过程中流体力学计算及其应用

HYDRODYNAMICS CALCULATION AND APPLICATION IN THE SANDING ACCIDENT WELL OPERATING COURSE

  • 摘要: 针对低压油气藏油田在出砂事故井冲砂作业过程中选择排量难的问题。利用环空水力学理论和现场资料反演技术,建立了冲砂过程中合理的环空返速计算模型。该模型在渤海SZ36-1-E21井进行了现场应用,在该井的冲砂作业中采用了该研究的计算结果,使得该井的冲砂作业十分顺利,施工速度得到大幅度提高,应用效果良好。现场应用表明,研究成果能够为现场冲砂施工的参数选择提供理论依据,为井下安全施工提供技术保证,进一步减少冲砂作业过程中复杂情况的发生,达到保护油气层、提高作业效率的目的。

     

    Abstract: Now it’s very difficult to select the discharge capacity for the low-pressure hydrocarbon reservoir of oil field in the sand-washing operating course of sanding accident well. The treatise applied hydraulics theory and site-data inversion technology to set up a calculating pattern of returned velocity of annular space in the course of sand-washing. we applied the pattern in SZ36-1-E21 well of Bohai Oilfield,and adopted the calculated result of the treatise in the sand-washing operation of the wall which made it very smooth, the speed of construction improved greatly, the effect of application is very good. Therefore, the result of research can provide foundation of theory for the selection of sited sand-washing operation, afford guaranty of technology for the safe construction of down-hole, reduce more the occurrences of complexity in the sand-washing operation,protect the oil and gas layer, and enhance operating efficiency.
