抽油井间抽控制技术的开发与应用

DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF PUMP-OFF CONTROLLING IN THE SWABBING WELL

  • 摘要: 在前人结合采油工程和微电子技术研制出间抽控制仪的基础上,引入油藏工程理论,根据间抽井供液弱、供液稳定的特点,将已有控制仪的测试、判断功能分离出来,由在线监控变离线监控,大周期调整间抽工作制度,控制仪只保留控制功能。针对已有控制仪依据单一参数设置间抽工作参数不准确的问题,研究出用多参数确定合理工作制度的方法。用时间控制器取代复杂的微处理系统,开发出新型控制仪,通过实时控制到多时段定时控制的转变,使合理工作制度得到实施,并且使井口控制部分电路简单,便于维护管理。

     

    Abstract: Basing on the pump-off controller combining oil production engineering micro-electronic technology and combing the reservoir engineering, pump-off controller has been reconstructed according to the characteristic of limited but stable liquid giving. As result, the parts for testing and estimating were separated; linear control changed as off-line control and long-period controlling system was made. For the inaccuracy of single-parameter-controlling, multi-parameter-controlling system was proposed. Using time-controller, new type of controller was developed. With the regular controlling, rational operation was certified and easy-maintenance was made.
