新型裂缝性低渗透油藏堵水剂的研制

DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW WATER SHUTOFF AGENT IN LOW PERMEABILITY FRACTURED RESERVOIR

  • 摘要: 裂缝性低渗透油藏堵水作业中,堵水剂会沿着裂缝向地层中漏失。针对此问题,研制出一种新型堵水剂。该堵水剂通过在地面条件下发生微弱的一次交联,形成三维网状结构的一次交联聚合物弱凝胶,降低了堵水剂在裂缝中的漏失率。一次交联聚合物弱凝胶在地层温度下缓慢发生二次交联,形成高强度的二次交联聚合物凝胶。考察了影响一次交联聚合物弱凝胶和二次交联聚合物凝胶性能的因素。通过组分及其用量的筛选,得到了一次交联聚合物弱凝胶和二次交联聚合物凝胶的基本配方。

     

    Abstract: Water shutoff agent will leak along fracture in low permeability fractured reservoir, the new developed water shutoff agent can occur once cross-link reaction, and form 3-D networks cross-linked polymer, which will decrease leakage of water shutoff agent in fracture. At reservoir temperature, it may gradually occur twice cross-link reaction, after studying on component and quantity, obtained gel recipe of once cross-link polymer and twice cross-link polymer.
