一种新型注水泥工艺管柱在套保油田的应用

APPLICATION OF A NEW CEMENTING PIPE STRING IN TAOBAO OILFIELD

  • 摘要: 针对套保油田的出水问题,设计了一种新型注水泥工艺管柱进行水泥堵水。该工艺用油管连接具有丢手功能的可钻桥塞下至预封堵层的上部,在地面采用泵罐车打压使得桥塞坐封,同时配置适量水泥浆注入井内,替完井筒内的水泥浆后打压或上提管柱丢手,上部油管可提出井筒,水泥浆在井下静止状态下候凝。该工艺管柱的主要特点是采用具有节流、单流止逆及丢手功能的可钻桥塞作为主要的封堵工具;丢手部件为铸铁部件,便于扫塞,可进行重复作业。在套保油田施工3口井,成功率达100%。该工艺管柱操作简便,便于推广。

     

    Abstract: A new cementing pipe string was designed to shutoff water, put pipe string above the plug layer, setting bridge plug by increase pressure with surface pump truck, and inject some cement slurry into the well, increase pressure or lift pipe release, then takeout top tubing, and the cement slurry will concreting. This pipe string technique has throttle, check of back flow and releasing function, three well applications of this technique in Taobao Oilfield and all get achievement, it is easy to operate and should be widely used.
