水平缝压裂参数优化计算

OPTIMIZATION CALCULATE OF PARAMETERS FOR HORIZONTAL FRACTURE

  • 摘要: 油田进入高含水开发后期,油水分布复杂,压裂井选井选层难度加大。为进一步提高压裂效果,必须提高压裂方案设计的针对性。建立了水平缝压裂后油藏和裂缝的渗流数学模型及裂缝参数的优化模型,用数值模拟方法,对压裂层的生产动态进行了计算,并分别以压裂后的最大初期增油量和最大累积增油量为优化目标,对裂缝参数(缝长比)进行了优化。计算结果表明,对于不同的地层,选择不同的优化目标,得到的裂缝参数优化结果是不一样的,即使是对同样的地层,所选择的优化目标不同,得到的最佳裂缝参数也不一样。

     

    Abstract: Most oil fields are in the subordinate phase of production with high water-cut, the distribution of oil and water is more complex, so it is more difficult to select well or layer to fracture, and the geology conditions of reservoir to be fractured is more worse. Therefore it is necessary to improve pertinence of fracture project design to fracture more effectively. Mathematical flow models of reservoir and fracture as well as optimization model were established in this paper, using reservoir numerical simulation method, calculated the production performance after fractured, the fracture parameters(ration of fracture length to distance between wells) are optimized according to the germinal added oil volume and cumulative add oil volume. The calculated results show that the results are different for different layers if the optimization object is different, even for the same layer, if the optimization object is different, the calculated results are different.
