TK117H窄靶窗深水平井钻井技术

ULTRADEEP HORIZONTAL WELL DRILLING TECHNOLOGY OF TK117H WITH NARROW TARGET WINDOW

  • 摘要: 为了提高塔河1号油田窄靶窗深水平井的钻井速度和轨迹控制精度,在TK117H水平井施工过程中,根据该区地层的岩石理化特点和靶窗要求,采取滑动钻进与旋转钻进相结合的导向钻进方式,取得了较好的效果。介绍了该井的施工难点,即靶窗小、靶区要求严,油层埋藏深、地层稳定性差,容易黏附卡钻,与直井相比携岩比较困难等。从井身结构、井眼剖面设计、井眼轨迹控制及测量技术、钻头使用、钻井液性能等几方面介绍了施工时采取的措施,为今后同类型的钻井提供了经验。

     

    Abstract: In order to increase the rate of drilling and the precision of path control,engineering technology personnel combined with rotary drilling and slide drilling during drilling, and according to stratumtous rock characteristic and target window requirement,TK117H horizontal well was success fully drilled,and has good application result.This well measures difficulties including small target window,deep buried depth,bad stratigraphic stability,and easy adhere to pipe sticking.Casing program,well bore program design,well path control,survey technology, bit using and drilling fluid capability were introduced,can provide experience to similar well.
