高强度低密度水泥浆固油层技术

LOW-DENSITY AND HIGH STRENGTH CEMENT SLURRY’S TECHNOLOGY USED IN PRODUCTION CASING CEMENTING OPERATIONS

  • 摘要: 常规低密度水泥浆固井中存在水泥石抗压强度低、水泥浆游离液含量大、浆体稳定性差等突出问题,满足不了油层固井需要。为保护油气层、提高固井质量,通过深入研究,从筛选和优化水泥、外掺料及配伍外加剂入手,开发了高强度低密度水泥浆体系;并通过采取新工艺、强化技术措施,有效解决了油层固井中遇到的一系列问题,在中国科探1井、4000 m以上深井、煤层气井以及浅层稠油井等40余口井进行了油层固井作业,固井一次成功率100%,质量优良率90.5%,达到了满意的效果。

     

    Abstract: The serious problem for ordinary low density cement slurry to cement production casing is lower cement stone compressive strength, high fluid free volume, bad slurry stability etc., it can not meet the demand of production casing cementing operations. To protect oil and gas formation and enhanced the cementing quality, by deepening research and taking new technology, optimizing cement, mix-up material and additives, the new high strength low-density slurry system was developed. In addition, by taking new technology, enhancing technical method, successfully overcame a series of problems during the production casing cementing operations. By used over 40 different production casing cementing include China No. 1 scientific exploration well, deep wells which over 4000 meters, coal bed methane wells and shallow viscous oil well’s cementing operations, once cementing successful rate was 100%, quality excellent rate was 90.5%, achieved the satisfied results.
