长岭凹陷腰英台低渗储层压裂工艺

FRACTURING TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH ON LOW PERMEABILITY RESERVOIR OF CHANGLING FALLING YAOYINGTAI BLOCK

  • 摘要: 松南盆地长岭凹陷腰英台区块低渗透储层微裂缝发育,在地层原始状态下微裂缝呈闭合状,压裂过程中随着压力升高,微裂缝开启形成诱导缝,大大提高储层渗流能力,导致压力下降,压裂液大量滤失,裂缝宽度变小引起脱砂,最终导致压裂失败。通过室内研究和现场试验,采用"悬塞"控缝、高砂比小陶粒控缝等配套技术,有效地控制了微裂缝在压裂过程中的影响,提高了压裂成功率。

     

    Abstract: microfracture developed but closed at original state in changling falling yaoyingtai block, during fracturing, with the pressure increasing, the fracture has been opened and fluid flow capacity has been improved, but as pressure decreasing, fracture fluid leak off and fracture nearly closed. After office study and field experiment, using suspend plug and high sand concentration with little ceramsite to control fracture, advanced fracturing success ratio.
