BALL HANGING CORING TECHNOLOGY

  • 摘要: 常规松软地层取心时,取心工具采用销钉悬挂内岩心筒,在工具入井时经常出现失效。研制了取心工具的悬挂新结构——球悬挂。该结构内筒的重量不直接作用在销钉上,而是作用在钢球上。钢球的承载能力大,可以避免提前释放内筒组合,防止取心作业失败。简要阐述了该工具的结构和室内及现场试验情况,通过各项试验证实工具结构可行,并提出工具的今后发展方向。

     

    Abstract: Coring at weak formation usually uses pin hang in gcoring barrel, but when put it down to hole, it is constantly lose effective. Developed a new hanging structure of coring-ball hanging, the weight of its inner barrel act on ball rather than pin. The carry capacity of ball is well and can avoid release inner barrel in advance, enhanced success rat of coring. At the same time, the structure and its experiments of this coring tools are also introduced. The testing of this tool have confirmed it is useful for coring.
