水力活塞泵井下存储式含水率测试系统

WATER CUT TESTING SYSTEM WITH DOWN-HOLE MEMORY HYDRAULIC PISTON PUMP

  • 摘要: 针对水力活塞泵采油井由于没有生产测试通道而无法通过环空生产测井进行含水率测量的问题,研制了井下存储式含水率测试系统。该系统由井下测试仪器、水力活塞泵取样器外壳、减震器、地面回放数据接口、便携计算机及测试系统软件等组成。测试仪器安装在水力活塞泵泵芯尾部取样器内,随泵芯投入井下进行测试,可实时检测地层液的含水率情况,利用数据存储器实时保存历史曲线,提供了全天候观测生产过程的手段。仪器结构设计实现了微型化,在传感器、检测电路和温度补偿及软件处理等部分采用实时处理校正技术,有效地提高了含水率测试的分辨率及精度。

     

    Abstract: A new memory water cut meter system was developed in view of hydraulic pump well can’t be testing water cut through annular, this system was composed by down-hole testing meter, sampler shell of hydraulic pump, anti-vibrator, data interface of surface playback, portable computer and testing software. Testing instrument was installed in sampler at heel of hydraulic pump, put into down-hole with pump, and it can examine water cut of formation fluid, save history curves in real time by data memory. The design of instrument realized micro-miniaturization, the sensor, detecting circuit, thermal compensation and software process using real-time processing calibration, effectively improved water cut testing resolution and accuracy.
