二次加砂压裂技术研究与实践

摘要: 针对吐哈主力油田进入中高含水期后对压裂提出的造宽短、高导流裂缝新要求,开展了二次加砂压裂技术研究,并对二次加砂压裂机理和施工参数优化作了深入分析,现场试验效果显著,不仅解决了距离注水前缘较近的储层压裂问题,避免沟通注水前缘,还解决了常规深井薄层压裂施工成功率低、裂缝内有效铺砂浓度低以及隔层条件差的疏松砂岩储层和距离上下水层近的储层压裂缝高过度延伸的问题,为类似储层改造提供了依据和经验。Abstract: In order to satisfy the demands of fracturing wide, short and high conductivity fracture in Tuha Oilfield at medium-high water-cut stage,developed secondary sanding hydraulic research,analyzed secondary sandfrac mechanism and implementation parameters optimum.The experiment in situ obtains notable effect.This technique solved hydrofrac of close flood frontier formation,and solved the low success ratio in low sanding concentration of routine thickness fracture,and solves fissure highness when interlayer condition is poor in loosen sandstone formation and production layer is close to up-down water layer.The technique offers scientific direction and precious experience for similar layer hydrafrac.
