深井回压阀的技术改造及应用

TECHNOLOGICAL TRANSFORMATION AND APPLICATION OF BACK PRESSURE VALVE IN DEEP WELL

  • 摘要: 套管回压阀作为一种简便的套管附件,在固井施工作业中起着重要作用。针对高温深井固井施工作业对回压阀的技术要求,研究了全钢筒体半球式回压阀。介绍了其结构特点、工作原理、性能参数、地面试验情况及现场应用效果。对全钢筒体半球式回压阀与旧式全钢回压阀结构及性能进行了比较。现场应用表明,新式高温深井回压阀克服了旧式回压阀的不足,进一步满足了固井施工作业要求,使用性能可靠,对提高高温深井固井质量有着积极的作用,值得推广应用。

     

    Abstract: Casing back pressure valve plays a important role in well cementing operation as a casing accessories.In view of technical requirement working in well cement in high temperature and deep well,A new steel cylinder hemisphere back pressure valve was developed,introduced its composition,operating principle,performance parameters,ground testing and effectiveness of field application.Compared its applications with older steel back pressure valve, it shows that the new vale can satisfy the working demands of well cementing and its performance more reliable.It can improve cement quality in high temperature and deep well.
