SZ-65型随钻取心技术研究与应用

  • 摘要: 随钻取心技术是在绳索取心技术基础上研制的一种不用起下钻换钻头就可以选择进行全面钻进或取心钻进的一种工艺。采用随钻取心技术取心时,由于不起下钻更换钻头,可以节省起下钻时间,从而大幅度地降低钻井作业成本和缩短钻井周期。取心时,只需在取心层位,从钻杆内捞出内筒组件和中心钻头,投入内岩心筒总成和打捞矛总成即可进行取心作业。研制的SZ-65型随钻取心工具在现场应用9口井,取心31筒,总进尺68.87 m,心长56.96 m,平均岩心收获率达82.71%。试验与应用结果表明,该技术具备广泛的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Coring with drilling technology realized coring without make a trip,and saved time,decreased drilling operation cost.Coring tools with drilling SZ-65 was developed.When drilling to coring depth,the tools processed coring operation through put inner core shell and spear assembly into drill pipe after fishing out inner-tube and bit,the tools was applied in 9 wells,obtained 31 barrel cores,drilling footage to(68.87) m and get 56.96 m cores.Core recovery reached to(82.71)%.
