甲基葡萄糖苷钻井液体系的室内研究

Study on methyl glucoside drilling fluid system

  • 摘要: 甲基葡萄糖苷是一种聚糖类高分子物质的单体衍生物,在钻井液体系中加入一定量的甲基葡萄糖苷能降低钻井液的水活度,并形成理想的半透膜,有效减缓压力传递和滤液的侵入,从而维持井壁稳定。以室内合成的甲基葡萄糖苷为主要成分构建了甲基葡萄糖苷钻井液体系。并对其流变性、抑制性、润滑性、抗污染能力以及储层保护能力进行了评价。室内研究结果表明:甲基葡萄糖苷钻井液体系具有良好的流变性、抑制性、润滑性及抗污染能力,不同的无机盐加入对钻井液体系流变性及降滤失性影响不大,劣质土污染后体系性能基本不变;同时该体系具有优异的储层保护性能,室内动态污染后的平均渗透率恢复值达到了96.1%,是理想的环保型钻井液体系。

     

    Abstract: This paper studied on the function and mechanism of methyl glucoside,and then design the methyl glucoside drilling fluid system.The laboratory experiment results show that the optimal formulation have good rheology,inhibition,high tolerance to contaminations.Besides,this drilling fluid system perform excellent reservoir and environment protecting properties.The return permeability of the methyl gulucoside drilling fluid can be as high as 90%.
