底部钻具组合的参数设计及优化方法

Optimal method of bottom hole assembly parameters design for controlling trajectory

  • 摘要: 为满足井眼轨道设计或实际钻井过程中对井眼轨迹控制的要求,从底部钻具组合设计角度实现了控制井眼轨迹。基于底部钻具组合力学参数分析方法及钻头与地层相互作用理论,模拟钻井过程,计算出井眼轨道的曲线,且将模拟计算的曲线与设计曲线(或者实际要求曲线)之间误差最小设为目标函数,以底部钻具组合设计参数及操作参数为决策变量,建立了底部钻具组合参数设计及优化方法。该方法综合考虑了钻头侧向力、转角、钻头各向异性、地层各向异性、井眼几何参数等对井眼轨迹的影响,克服了钻具组合设计过程中通常以单一参数作为设计依据的局限,并实现了从定量角度对井眼轨迹的模拟描述。计算和实例分析表明,该方法分析结果准确,可以有效地对钻具组合设计是否最优做出评价。

     

    Abstract: To control the trajectory by means of Bottom Hole Assembly(BHA) design effectively,based on the rock-bit interaction model and the mechanical analysis of BHA,the future trajectory could be calculated by modeling the process of drilling.An optimal method of BHA parameters design for controlling trajectory was established,where the minimum error between the modeling trajectory and the design trajectory was the objective function and the BHA design parameters and operating parameters were decision variables.The practical application shows that the result is accurate and the method can tell whether the design of BHA is proper effectively.
