螺杆泵工作特性曲线的数值模拟及应用

  • 摘要: 通过数值模拟方法定量获得螺杆泵工作特性曲线,评价螺杆泵在不同结构参数、不同工况、不同工作参数下的性能,为选井选泵、优化设计、工况分析与故障诊断提供基础。也是制定螺杆泵工作特性检测标准、评价产品质量、判断油井供排关系是否协调、工况是否合理的主要依据。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents a method that the working characteristic curve of screw pump could be quantitatively acquired by simulating method.The working characteristic curve could be used to evaluate the performance of screw pump under different configuration,operating mode and operating parameter.This method can be applied in providing support to well and pump selection,operating mode analysis and breakdown diagnosis.It can also be applied in establishing detecting criterion of screw pump,appraising product quality and diagnosing supply-ejection relationship.
