高压水射流深穿透射孔产能影响因素
Influencing factors to productivity for high pressure water jet perforation

摘要: 高压水射流深穿透射孔技术是利用水力能量冲蚀地层,在地层中形成深度为1~3 m的大直径、清洁油气通道而达到增产增注的新型完井工艺。利用有限元数值模拟方法研究了钻井污染带存在情况下,射流射孔的孔径、孔深,地层污染带厚度、地层各向异性和布孔方式5个参数对射孔井产能的影响。研究结果表明,孔深是影响产能的主要因素之一,当射孔深度超过1.5 m时,产能比为常规射孔的2~3倍。但随着孔深的增大,垂向渗透率对产能的影响变大。污染带厚度对射孔产能的影响也较大,对比相同参数下的产能比结果,污染带对产能有约20%的影响。高压水射流射孔尤其适用于薄油层的射孔作业。Abstract: High pressure water jet perforation is a new choice for oil well completion.The water jet can penetrate formation to generate a clean,1-3 m deep and relatively large diameter cylindrical flow channel.A computer model was used to study the effects on well productivity of jet perforating parameters.The effects of channel diameter,perforation depth,damage zone depth,formation anisotropy and penetrating type were compared for penetrating through damage zone and not through.The results show that:(1) the perforation depth is one of the key factors to productivity.And only if the perforation depth is large than 1.5m,the productivity will be 2-3 times of conventional perforation productivity.(2) The vertical permeability influence on productivity was enhanced in a deeper hole.(3) When penetrating through the damage zone,the productivity increases about 20%.The high pressure water jet perforation technology is specially suited for the oil sheet perforation.
