  • 摘要: 涡轮钻具复合钻进技术是大幅度提高钻井速度、防斜打快的主要手段之一,随着涡轮钻具性能、型号的完善,加上高效PDC钻头的蓬勃发展,涡轮钻具复合钻井技术将得到大规模推广应用。在对涡轮钻具和螺杆钻具结构、性能和使用优缺点进行对比的基础上,提出了涡轮钻具复合钻进最佳工况的概念,给出了明确的转速范围;从涡轮钻具的特性和PDC钻头配合要求着手,详细论述了涡轮钻具复合钻进的机理;建立了涡轮钻具系统在钻井过程中的动态和纵向振动模型,为获得最佳的涡轮钻具复合钻进效果提供了理论依据。在国内高陡构造的典型地区进行防斜打快的应用实例表明,机械钻速明显提高,钻井周期大大缩短,钻井成本大幅度下降,经济效益显著。

     

    Abstract: The compound drilling technology of the turbodrill is one of the main methods to increase the penetration rate and realize the deviation control and fast drilling.In pace with the perfection of performance and model number of turbodrills,as well as the rapid development of high efficiency of PDC bits,the compound drilling technology of turbodrill will be widely used.Based on comparing the structure,performances,advantages and disadvantages of the turbodrill and screwdrill,the concept of the optimal conditions for compound drilling of turbodrill is proposed,as well as the speed range is shown clearly.The compound drilling mechanism of turbodrill is elaborated in detail after analyzing the characteristics of turbodrill and coordination requirements for PDC bits.What’s more,a dynamic and longitudinal vibration model of the turbodrill system used in the drilling process is established,which lays the theoretical basis for obtaining the best results of compound drilling of turbodrill.The deviation control and fast drilling has been shown in the typical region of high-steep structure in China.As a result,the drilling speed is obviously improved,the drilling period is shortened,the cost is reduced considerably,and remarkable economic results are obtained.
