简易防砂完井技术在渤海稠油油田的应用

Application of simplified sand control and well completion technology in Bohai heavy oilfield

  • 摘要: 在渤海疏松砂岩稠油油田,防砂和提高产量一直是一对矛盾,为了解决这一矛盾,在防砂筛管选择、适度防砂方法及度的控制、负压射孔工艺和变频启泵等方面进行了大量理论研究和试验,摸索出一整套既经济又能够最大限度提高油井产能的防砂完井新方法——简易防砂完井技术。介绍了简易防砂完井技术的原理和应用情况。在上百口井的成功应用表明,简易防砂完井技术已经日趋成熟,为渤海疏松砂岩稠油油田的开发带来了巨大的经济效益,目前该技术已经成为疏松砂岩稠油油田开发的一个重要手段。

     

    Abstract: Sand control and output increment have always been a couple of contradictions in Bohai unconsolidated sandstone heavy oilfield.To solve the problem,a lot of theoretical research and experiment have been conducted in selection of sand control screen,sand control methods,underbalanced perforating technology,and frequency-variation pump activation.Finally the simplified sand control and well completion technology,a new set of economic methods for sand control and well completion to enhance well productivity to the utmost,is developed.The principle of the technology and its application are introduced in this paper.The technology has been successfully applied to nearly 100 wells.It is shown that the technology has been mature and brought great economic benefit for the development of Bohai unconsolidated sandstone heavy oilfield.At present,the technology has become an important method to develop unconsolidated sandstone heavy oilfield.
