  • 摘要: 为进一步开采井间剩余油,江汉油田决定在潜江凹陷王场中区钻一口水平——井王4斜-5-3B井。受地面条件限制,该井必须设计成Z形井眼轨迹才能增大油层裸露面积、达到地质要求。三维Z形斜面圆弧井眼轨迹控制难度较大,国内外没有可借鉴的资料,要将井斜和方位连续不断地调整到设计范围内,必须依靠沙尼金图解法原理,严格控制好装置角;采用装置角补偿法,随时调整工具面;确保以最短的进尺完成最大扭方位工作。该井全角变化率小,井眼轨迹平滑,钻探效果较好,对今后开展拐急弯变方位特殊定向井的研究与应用有一定的指导和借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: The purpose of drilling Well Wang 4-Xie 5-3B is to produce inter-well remaining oil.Due to the ground conditions,the well has to be designed as z-shaped well trajectory,so as to increase the bare area of oil layers and fulfill the geological requirement.It gets more difficult to control the 3-D arc well trajectory with z-incline,since there is no reference data both in China and abroad.It is possible to adjust the well deviation and orientation into the scope of design successively,based on the mechanism of Shanijin graphic and the strict control of setting angles.What’s more,setting angles compensation methods have to be applied to adjust tool surface on time,so as to adjust azimuth as much as possible by drilling the shortest footage.The well features in low total angular change rate,smooth well trajectory,and good drilling results,laying a solid foundation for the research and application of directional wells with narrow curves and variable azimuth.
