克拉玛依浅层稠油吞吐井化学调剖技术试验研究

Experimental study on chemical profile control technology for shallow heavy oil huff and puff well in Karamay

  • 摘要: 通过对克拉玛依浅层稠油油藏非均质性特点进行分析,针对汽窜严重井区试验优选了热可逆凝胶MET-KA体系。该体系当温度降低时恢复成液体,而温度再次升高又形成凝胶,允许"打开"和"关闭"缝隙,并依靠温度的变化调节渗流量,实现暂堵调剖作用,适合井间汽窜较严重的井区;针对纵向动用不均井优选试验了自生泡沫调堵技术,该技术利用泡沫的叠加效应,可对储层的渗透率极差进行有效调整,措施井油层吸汽强度由措施前的平均9.95 t/(d·m)提高到17.22 t/(d·m),适合井间无明显汽窜、层间矛盾较严重的井区。通过室内研究分析和现场试验,浅层稠油吞吐井化学调剖技术可以有效改善吞吐井吸汽剖面,扩大蒸汽的波及范围,应用效果较好,能够满足现场生产要求。

     

    Abstract: The METKA system of thermal reversible gel is tested preferentially against well district with serious steam breakthrough by analyzing homogeneity characteristics of shallow heavy oil reservoir in Karamay.The system,recovers liquid when temperature decreases while forms gel when temperature increases again.It allows gap open and closing and regulates seepage discharge to achieve temporary plugging function on basis of temperature vibration.So it is suitable for well field with serious steam breakthrough between wells.In allusion to vertical producing deviation well,authigenic foam profile control technology,which may regulate bad permeability of reservoir efficiently by foam superposition effect,is tested.Reservoir inspiration strength of measure wells increases to17.22 t/(d·m) from 9.95 t/(d·m)(before measurements) on average.So it is suitable for well district with serious contradiction between lays but without obvious steam breakthrough between wells.By field experiment and indoor research and analysis,it shows that,chemical profile control technology for huff and puff well of shallow heavy oil,which may improve inspiration profile of huff and puff well and enlarge sweep range of steam,has good application effect and is able to meet field production requirements.
