摘要: ESP(电潜泵)举升和TCP负压射孔工艺在油田修完井中是相对独立和成熟的技术,以前的完井方式两者是分开施工的,即先进行TCP负压射孔作业,然后进行压井,最后下电潜泵完井。这种常规的修完井工艺,不可避免会对油藏造成一定伤害,作业时间长、成本高。为解决这一矛盾,提出了ESP举升和TCP负压射孔联作的新修完井工艺。该工艺措施把2种工艺有机地结合起来,取消压井这一中间环节,最大限度地保护了油藏、减少了作业时间、节省了作业费用。新修完井工艺措施已在涠洲油田修井作业中成功运用,效果显著。Abstract: ESP lifting and TCP under balance perforating technology in oilfield repairing completion well are relatively independent and mature technology.Both are relatively separate in previous completion method as follows:firstly doing TCP under balance perforating operation,then killing well,finally burrowing into electric submersible pump completion.The conventional repairing completion technology inevitably results in certain damage to reservoirs such as long operation time and high cost.In order to solve the contradiction,the new repairing completion technology of ESP lifting and TCP under pressure perforating joint operation is put forward.The technological measures combine the two technologies organically and cancel the intermediate link of killing well to protect reservoirs at most,reduce operation time and cost.The new repairing completion technological measures have applied successfully in well repairing operation of Weizhou oilfield with remarkable effects.
