吸力桩式水下钻井基盘安装技术研究

Research on baseplate installation technology for suction pile type underwater drilling

  • 摘要: 半潜式平台预钻井,需要预先安装水下基盘。钻井船安装水下基盘有占用钻机时间长,作业费用高,作业工序复杂,对海况的要求较高等缺点。针对紧张的钻井船资源状况与传统的基盘安装的一些缺点,经过专家的可行性论证,首次采用吸力桩技术,成功地安装水下基盘,安装精度完全满足作业要求。吸力桩方式安装不需要占用钻机,可节省钻机时间,且费用比钻井船安装低很多,是一种值得推广的水下基盘安装技术。

     

    Abstract: Underwater baseplate installation in advance is needed for semi-submersible platform pre-drilling well.However,underwater baseplate installation by drilling ship has some disadvantages as follows:long occupancy time of drilling rig,high operation cost,complicated operation process,higher requirement of sea situation and so on.According to such disadvantages as tense resource situation of drilling ship and traditional baseplate installation,by feasible demonstration of experts,the underwater baseplate is firstly installed successfully by suction pile technology,when the installing accuracy satisfies the requirements of operation completely.In a word,the suction pile type installation is an underwater baseplate installation technology in worthy of popularization,which needn’t occupy drilling rig,can save drilling time,and has lower cost than that of drilling ship installation.
