井下钻具受交变应力影响分析

Influence analysis of down-hole equipment over alternate stress

  • 摘要: 开发井作业中,钻具入井使用频繁,同时受井眼轨迹及水力参数的影响,钻具强度面临严峻的考验。为了满足钻进的需要,钻具在井下工作时除了承受轴向应力,也承受径向应力及扭力等多种应力,从而降低了钻具的使用寿命,大幅度地加剧了钻具的损坏,因此有必要对钻具承受的交变应力进行分析,以便更好地指导现场作业。

     

    Abstract: Down hole equipment was employed frequently and influenced by well course and hydraulics.So its intensity was severe challenged.In order to meet the need of drilling,the equipment has be stand axial stress,radial stress,twisting force and so on.This will reduce the life span of down-hole equipment and intensify its damage greatly.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the alternate stress for directing field practice better.
