海上钻井隔水导管导向孔位置优化研究

Optimization study of drilling riser guiding holes

  • 摘要: 随着水深的增加,强风浪流会对钻井隔水导管的稳定性产生巨大的影响,因此需要设置和安装导向孔及扶正块以减少隔水导管承受的疲劳应力和涡激应力,延长隔水导管的使用寿命。文中在考虑隔水导管结构自重及其他所有外界载荷的作用的情况下,建立了安装导向孔情况下的海上钻井隔水导管力学分析模型。利用ANSYS软件对工程实例进行了优化分析,分析结果表明,文中所提出的隔水导管及导向孔计算模型具备广泛的适用性,能够为实际工程施工和管理提供可靠的理论保证,并带来较好的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: With the increase of the water depth, strong wind, current and wave may exert great impact on the stability of drilling risers. In order to extend the service life of drilling risers, guiding holes may be adopted to decrease the fatigue stress and vortex stress of risers. In this paper, a mechanical model of drilling riser, taking into account the guiding holes, the structure’s gravity and all the other external loads, is established. An engineering example of optimized analysis has been solved successfully by using ANSYS. And the results show that the proposed drilling risers computing model has broad applicability, it may provide reliable theory guarantee for the engineering practice and bring certain economic benefits.
