Application of HY new chemical sand control material to Linfanjia Oilfield

  • 摘要: 在开发中后期,林樊家油田受注水水质差以及分层注水工艺的限制,在水井上不宜应用机械防砂工艺;而以前采用的化学防砂材料固结强度低,不适应长井段水井防砂,防砂效果差。同时,对于长井段、层间差异大的油井防砂,采用单一的化学防砂工艺防砂效果差,防砂成功率低。为此,采用了由液固两相组成的新型的HY化学防砂材料,改善了林樊家油田油水井防砂效果,为类似常规稠油油藏的高效开发提供了宝贵的经验。

     

    Abstract: In the afternoon of development life of Linfanjia Oilfield, the mechanical sand control technology is not suitable for water wells affected by the poor flooding water quality and the technology of stratified waterflooding. The previously used chemical sand control material can not be used in long section water well sand control for its defects in consolidation strength. Meanwhile, the effect using single chemical sand control technologies is bad for oil wells of long section and great interlayer difference. The success rate is low as well. Therefore, new liquid-solid two-phase HY sand preventing materials are used to improve sand control effect in the oilfield, and valuable experience is gained for high-performance development of similar conventional heavy oil reservoirs.
