  • 摘要: 丛式井钻井技术是开发建设“科技、和谐、环保”型苏里格大油气田的需要,针对该区丛式定向井施工中地层研磨性强,井眼轨迹控制难,钻井速度慢,钻井成本高的难题,从井身剖面优化、钻头优选改进、井眼轨迹控制、钻井液体系应用等方面开展技术攻关和现场试验。从试验井苏14-20-13井的实施效果来看,钻井速度大幅度提升,取得了显著效果,基本形成了一套成熟钻井技术路线和优快钻井配套技术;也探索了苏里格丛式井提速的新思路、新方法,为下一步持续提速明确了主攻方向。

     

    Abstract: The cluster wells drilling technology is to meet the requirement of developing and constructing a“scientific, harmonious, and enviromental friendly”Sulige gas field. During the construction of directional cluster wells in the area, there exist some difficulties, such as the strong abrasive formation, the difficult trajectory control, low speed and high speed of drilling. So research and field test are launched from the perspectives of the optimization of casing profile, the optimization and improvement of drill bits, the trajectory control, and the application of drilling speed system. Judging from the applicatioin results of the Su 14-20-13 well, drilling speed is enhanced remarkably, and systematic technologies for fast drilling are developed. In additioin, new thoughts and methods are probed into for the speed-up of clusters wells drilling in Sulige gas field, making the direction of further steady speed-up more clearly.
