Abstract: Paker rubber falling down into the well brings a lot of difficulties to the downhole service. The original tools of rubber processing are poor pertinence, low success rate of fishing, and the effect is not ideal. Therefore, by improving the tools, the technology of rotating, pumping and cutting fishing is practiced, which significantly improves the success rate of rubber fishing, shortens the construction period, and reduces the operation cost.
