  • 摘要: 控制压力钻井(Managed Pressure Drilling)在国际上得到了广泛的应用,其原理是通过控制井口回压控制井底压力,从而达到整体控制钻井过程的目的。这种钻井工艺可以解决复杂地质问题造成的影响,避免发生井涌与井漏,尤其对钻井液密度窗口小的地层优势更为突出。介绍了控制压力钻井的一种——恒定井底压力钻井的原理、优点、主要设备。在沙特气田的现场应用表明,恒定井底压力钻井技术可以保持当量?环密度在动态和静态时恒定,缩短了作业时间,减少了对储层的损害。

     

    Abstract: During Managed Pressure Drilling(MPD), BHP(Bottom Hole Pressure)can be controlled through adjusting surface back pressure, so drilling operation is always under control. With this advantage, MPD can solve the complicated geologic problems and avoid loss kick scenario by using surface back pressure, and it is a good solution for drilling narrow operational window formation.. MPD can be divided into 4 types of sub-drilling method, but this paper will focus on one which is Constant Bottom Hole Pressure Drilling(CBHP). This paper provides the definition of MPD and analyzes the theory, benefits and equipment needed for CBHP operation and also the field application on the Frass-0001 Well in Saudi Arabia.
