小井眼及套变井压裂工艺研究与应用

Study and application of fracturing techniques in slim hole and casing deformation wells

  • 摘要: 小井眼及套变井压裂与常规井眼压裂不同,需要配套相应的小直径井下工具和抗高压的井口装置,对压裂液的携砂性、抗剪切性及降摩阻性能都有更高的要求。为解决小井眼及套变井的压裂难题,针对小井眼及套变井的特点和目前小直径工具的实际情况,研制和改进了Y341-70和K341-98小直径封隔器,完成了 89 mm、 127 mm套管小井眼井和 139.7 mm套变井的压裂工艺管柱设计与配套,优化了压裂液体系和压裂工艺,成功完成了40多井次的现场施工,见到了良好的压裂效果。

     

    Abstract: Fracturing in slim hole and casing deformation wells is different from the fracturing in general holes. It needs to be equipped with the downhole tools of minor diameters and wellhead devices resistant to high pressure, reauires a lot on the carrying capacity, anti-shear performance, and the performance of reducing friction. In order to solve the difficulties in fracturing in slim hole and casing deformation wells,according to the specialty of slim hole and casing deformation wells and the reality of minor diameter downhole tools,the Y341-70 packer and K341-98 packer are developed and the design of downhole technique string is accomplished for ?89 mm and ?127 mm casing slim hole wells and ?139.7 mm casing deformation wells. The fracturing fluid and fracturing operation are optimized. The technology is successfully accomplished on more than 40 wells and achieves good effect.
