Determination of expandable theoretical load for SET

  • 摘要: 实体膨胀管膨胀载荷是膨胀管钻井技术的关键参数。膨胀载荷分析方法是确定膨胀载荷和设计、优化膨胀工具的理论基础。针对实体膨胀管结构特点和塑性大变形膨胀过程,建立了实体膨胀管力学模型,提出了实体膨胀管膨胀载荷确定方法,给出了膨胀载荷计算公式,指出了膨胀载荷和膨胀管结构、材料性质、膨胀工具结构及其接触面上的摩擦因数之间的关系。通过和有限元数值计算结果、实际工程案例比较,相对误差为3.4%~5.8%,结果表明膨胀载荷分析方法合理、正确,对实体膨胀管钻井技术具有实际、有效的工程指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Expandable theoretical load is the key parameter of drilling technique for Solid Expandable Tubular(SET). Analyzing method of expandable theoretical load for SET is the theoretical basis for determining the expansion load, designing and optimizing the expansion tool. Combined the structure for SET with expandable process in large plastic deformation, the mechanical model for SET is established. The expandable theoretical load for SET is analyzed. Given the formula of calculating the expansion load for SET is found. It is pointed out that the relationship of expansion load with structure for SET, material properties, structure of expansion tool, and friction coefficient on their contacting surfaces. Through comparison with Finite Element Method(FEM)calculation results and actual engineering case, it proved that the theoretical calculation is simple, the result is accurate, and the relative error is between 3.4% and 5.8%. The result given by the expandable theoretical method for SET is reasonable. The analyzing method is of actual and effective engineering significance for drilling technology for SET.
