Technology of water control and well completion of horizontal wells in bottom water reservoir in Dagang Oilfield

  • 摘要: 底水油藏水平井开发过程中存在底水脊进导致含水上升速度快、油井无水采油期短等问题。为此进行了水平段产液剖面分布规律及控水机理的分析,开展了水平井分段控水完井工艺研究。形成了2种不同封隔工艺的分段控水完井管柱,实现了筛管变参数设计,并通过合理控制初期生产压差,达到了稳油控水的效果,为同类型油井的开发提供了技术借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The probleum of bottom water coning appears during the development of horizontal wells in bottom water reservoir, as a result the speed of water cut increases and the water free oil production period gets shortened. To solve the problems, distribution law and water controlling mechanism of fluid production profile of horizontal section are analyzed, and the Horizontal well completion technology with sectional water control is studied. Two types of sectional water control completion strings with different packers are developed; multivariable parameter design of screen pipes is fulled. Stable production and water control are fulfilled through reasonable control of initial drawdown pressure, providing experience for development of oil wells of the same type.
