新型低分子泡排剂的研制及应用

Development and application of low-molecular-weight foam solvent

  • 摘要: 泡排施工时,现有的泡排剂大多数产生的泡沫含水率较高,携液量也较大,不能很好地适用于苏里格低压低产积液井。针对苏里格气田低压低产井井筒积液的实际情况,研制出一种新型低分子泡排剂,并采用Ross-Miles法和搅拌法在实验室对该泡排剂进行泡沫性能评价,同时在同等实验条件下与不同泡排剂携液过程中的泡沫含水率进行了比较,在苏里格部分气井进行了泡沫排水现场评价。研究表明,该新型低分子泡排剂泡沫含水率低,能有效控制携液量,降低井筒压力梯度,可满足苏里格气田低压低产气井的泡排作业要求。

     

    Abstract: Most of existing foam solvents have higher moisture content and liquid-carrying amount which can not be well adapted to field construction in low pressure and low producing wells in Sulige gas field during foam drainage. In this paper, in view of the actual situation of the liquid loading in the bottom hole in low pressure and low producing wells in Sulige gas field, a low-molecular-weight foam solvent based on the experiment is developed, and the foam properties of the foam solvent is evaluated in laboratory by use of of Ross-Miles method and stirring method, and also the moisture content of different foam solvent during the process of liquid-carrying under the same experimental conditions is compared, then some Sulige gas wells are evaluated to confirm the effect of foam drainage on-site. Comprehensive studies have shown that the new type of low-molecular-weight foam solvent is low in moisture content and can control the liquid-carrying amount and reduce pressure gradient in the wellbore, and so it’s suitable for foam drainage operation in low pressure and low producing gas wells.
