樊庄高煤阶煤层气井智能排采技术研究及应用

Research and application of intelligent recovery technology for Fanzhuang high rank CBM wells

  • 摘要: 针对沁水盆地樊庄高煤阶煤层气田各井地质条件及开采状况差异性大,不能采用同一排采制度和控制模式的特点,研究了适用于煤层气井的智能控制排采技术。在总结探索樊庄煤层气井排采规律的基础上,应用智能控制原理,以变频闭环控制技术为主,实现了对煤层气井井底流压和排采制度的智能控制。在抽油机井、电潜离心泵井、地面驱动螺杆泵井现场应用10口井表明,该智能排采技术适应工况能力较强,自调节性能好,排采制度执行效率高,在煤层气开发领域具有广泛的推广应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Wells in Fanzhuang high rank CBM fields in Qinshui Basin vary a lot in geological conditions and recovery conditions, so we could not adopt the same recovery system and control model. In view of this, intelligent control and recovery technology applicable for CBM wells is studied. Based on summarizing and exploring the recovery law, intelligent control principle which is dominated by closed loop control technology with variable frequency is applied, as a result, intelligent control of flowing bottom hole pressure and recovery system of CBM wells are fulfilled. Application of the technology in 10 well including rod-pumped wells, submersible electric centrifugal pump wells, surface drive screw pump wells, etc. shows that the intelligent recovery technology has such advantages as high adaptability to different working conditions, good self-regulated performance, high efficiency in executing recovery system. It has broad application prospect in CBM development.
