大位移井套管磨损预测模型研究及其应用

Research and application of casing wear prediction for extended reach well

  • 摘要: 针对套管磨损问题,以White和Dawson提出的理论模型为基础,结合Casing Wear ANSYS有限元软件及自编程序,建立了套管磨损厚度及剩余强度计算模型,给出了套管磨损预测的计算流程。利用该理论模型对南海某超大位移井进行了实例计算。结果表明,采用该方法所得的计算结果与现场发生的情况比较吻合。该研究结果对于进一步完善钻井工程设计中有关套管柱强度设计与磨损评价工作具有一定的参考意义。

     

    Abstract: For casing wear problems, based on White-Dason theoretical model, a calculation model of the thickness of casing wear and residual strength has been established, combined with casing wear, ANSYS finite element software and own calculation program. And the calculation of casing wear prediction process was given. According to the theoretical model, an engineering case is calculated. The results show that the obtained results by this method coincide well with the actual situation. The results of this paper for further improved the design of drilling engineering design of the casing strength and wear evaluation has certain reference value.
