  • 摘要: 准确预测掺稀降黏工艺过程中井筒内流体的温度分布,能优化工艺、节约资源、提高生产效率。从掺稀降黏工艺流程出发将井筒温度场分为相互衔接的两部分,并建立了与之对应的温度场计算模型。温度计算准确的关键取决于总传热系数的精确计算,将传热过程分为稳态传热和瞬态传热两部分进行总传热系数计算;针对稠油流动特性,考虑了强迫对流换热的影响,并根据相应公式计算判断对流流型后加入对应的强迫对流热阻项,推导出总传热系数计算公式。应用该模型对塔河油田A井井筒温度进行计算,计算结果与实测结果吻合较好,证明了所建模型的准确性。该研究对掺稀降黏工艺现场施工有指导意义。

     

    Abstract: The model proposed in this paper can predict the distribution of temperature in wellbore exactly during the whole process of blending diluting oil and viscosity reduction, it also can Optimize process, save resources, enhance productivity. This paper divides wellbore temperature field into two parts which are connected to each other according to actual application of the technology, and establishes a calculated model of temperature field correspondingly. The accuracy of temperature calculation is based on the accurate calculation of overall heat transfer coefficient.The process of heat transfer is divided into steady heat transfer and transient heat transfer when calculating the overall heat transfer coefficient. According to the particularity of thick oil flow, taking forced-convection heat transfer into consideration. Convection flow pattern is decided according to the corresponding formulae and then the corresponding forced-convection heat resistance is added to deduce the computing formula of overall heat transfer coefficient. This model was applied to calculate the wellbore temperature in Well A in Tahe oilfield, and the results of calculation and the reality are uniform largely, which shows the accuracy of this model. This paper is of certain directive significance to the construction site of blending diluting oil.
