Application of multi-hydrogen acidizing blocking removal technology in Huanxiling Oilfield

  • 摘要: 多氢酸具有缓速、深穿透、防垢、极强的吸附能力和水湿的性质,能催化HF与石英的反应,是适合砂岩油藏的解堵技术。通过对低渗油藏伤害原因的分析,详细阐述了多氢酸酸化解堵技术的机理、特点、处理液的作用,对现场应用情况进行实例分析,结果表明多氢酸酸化解堵技术在低渗透油藏应用效果显著。

     

    Abstract: Multi-hydrogen acid is characterized by retarding, deep penetrating, scale prevention, great adsorption capacity and water wettability, which is suitable for blocking removal of sandstone reservoir by catalyzing the chemical reaction between hydrofluoric acid and quartz. Based on the analysis of damage reason for loe permeability reservoir, the mechanism, characteristics and treatment fluid function of multi-hydrogen acidizing blocking removal technology were detail illustrated in this paper, and then the example of field application was analyzed. The result showed that multi-hydrogen acidizing blocking removal technology bought great effect in low permeability reservoir development.
