大庆葡南油田三、五断块调整井固井技术

Cementing technology for adjustment wells of Punan 3/5 blocks in Daqing Oilfield

  • 摘要: 葡南油田三、五断块地质条件复杂,钻井和完井过程中多次发生井漏、井涌、下套管后管外冒和井喷等复杂事故,固井质量不易保证,完井工作难度较大。在分析影响固井质量因素的基础上,结合具体施工情况,制定了相应的固井对策。低压易漏区以防漏为主,分别采用了免钻双级固井、防漏堵漏水泥浆固井、双凝水泥浆固井技术;低渗高压区以防窜为主,采用了防窜固井技术。2010年在葡南油田三、五断块进行了45口井的现场施工,固井施工一次成功,固井质量全部合格,优质率达到了75%,形成了一套指导该地区固井的配套技术。

     

    Abstract: Punan 3/5 blocks are located in south- Putaohua Structure, extending to the south, in the second-level of structural elements of Daqing Placanticline. The reservoirs are still dominated by structure. The depth of reservoir is from 950m to 1000m. Because of complex geological conditions, circulation loss, well kick, borehole collapse and oil/gas emits outside casing after cementing easily happened during the drilling process and completion. The cementing quality could not be ensured. By the analysis of the influence factors on cementing quality, and according to completion technique, cement slurry system and cementing methods, the corresponding solutions are planned. Nondrilling-two–stage cementing, circulation loss control cement slurry and bi-setting cement slurry were used for circulation loss in weak formations. Anti-channeling Cementing operations were used in low permeability and high pressure reservoirs. In 2010, cementing jobs on 45 wells were all conducted successfully in Punan 3/5 blocks, and the excellent ratio was 75%, which indicated a matching cementing technology is formed for this area.
