超声分散技术配制钻井液的室内试验

Laboratory experiment of drilling fluid compounded by supersonic dispersing method

  • 摘要: 在应用超声波清洗机对钻井液样品进行超声分散和粒度测量时,无意中发现配浆膨润土粉在超声清洗机中很快实现均匀分散,因此尝试采用超声波来完成配浆过程。应用超声分散技术顺利地实现了3种钻井液的成功配制,初步证实该方法有一定的科学性和可行性。但要进行实际生产应用,有一些技术和设备方面的问题还需要进一步加强研究。

     

    Abstract: It is accidently found that the mud building bentonite powder can easily and homogeneously disperse in ultrasonic washing machine when using ultrasonic wave washing machine to conducting ultrasonic dispersing and particle measurement for drilling fluid samples. So mud mixing procedure is finished by adopting supersonic wave technology. The successful mud mixing for three wells using this technology demonstrate preliminarily that this method is of some extend scientific nature and certain application feasibility. On the other hand, further study on the techniques and facilities are needed if the supersonic dispersing method used in practical application.
