  • 摘要: 环空水力模拟是控压钻井技术的一个重要组成部分。环空水力模拟不仅可用于控压钻井水力参数设计,还能指导现场实时判断、准确地处理井下出现的各种复杂情况。详细地分析了控压钻井作业环空水力学特征,根据实际钻井液特性,选择相适应的钻井液流变模型,综合考虑井下温度、压力对钻井液密度和剪切应力的影响,进行控压钻井环空水力模拟计算。与实施控压钻井的2口井现场实时PWD数据进行对比,表明水力模拟结果与现场数据较为吻合,可用于指导现场施工。

     

    Abstract: Annular hydraulic simulation is a key part of any Managed Pressure Drilling(MPD)operation. A detailed hydraulic analysis can not only be used for hydraulic parameter design of MPD, but also guide the drilling engineer real-time dealing with difficult hydrodynamic issues. According to the drilling fluid characteristics used in the MPD operation, the rheology models of drilling fluid were compared and determined. Based on experiments and theoretical analysis, taking into account the impact of bottomhole temperature and pressure on drilling fluid density and shear rate, the hydraulic simulations of MPD were conducted. The simulation results were compared with real time PWD data of the two on-site wells. The hydraulic simulation results consist well with on-site real time PWD data.
