水平井下冲封隔器的研制与应用

Development and application of undershoot packers in horizontal wells

  • 摘要: 为解决目前油田套管完井的水平井中应用的常规封隔器冲砂中途易坐封、液缸内密封不严易进砂以及水平井管柱不能实现边冲边下的问题,研制了水平井下冲封隔器。该封隔器采用皮碗收缩保护可释放坐封装置和橡胶整体硫化密封装置,耐冲刷,密封可靠(密封压力达30 MPa)。室内实验和现场应用表明,该工具综合性能安全可靠,能很好地满足水平井177.8 mm/139.7 mm套管防砂完井生产的需要。

     

    Abstract: As ordinary packer is apt to set position halfway in the erosion process, the fluid cylinder is prone to get sand in due to incompletely sealing and the sand screen in horizontal well can’t run down while washing. Therefore, the undershoot packer in horizontal well is developed to solve the issues. The packer is optimized from structure in which the design of collapsible setting ensures the safe and reliable setting(sealing pressure can reach to 30 MPa)and the sealing arrangement with rubber contracting to protect is to guarantee completely sealing. The indoor test and field application indicate that the device features high innovation, safe and reliable comprehensive performance, and it can perfectly meet the requirement of well completion and production in the casing of 177.8 mm/139.7 mm.
