Calculation of polished rod load of hydraulic feedback heavy oil pumping system

  • 摘要: 为了论证液压反馈式抽稠泵具有易下行的能力,在分析该泵的工作原理及受力情况的基础上,建立了液压反馈式抽稠泵在稠油掺稀生产井中应用时的悬点载荷计算模型,通过与常规管式泵的载荷计算模型进行对比发现该泵具有易下行的功能,并分析了影响下行的因素。应用该悬点载荷计算模型对稠油掺稀生产井A井的最大、最小载荷计算结果与现场实测数据对比发现,误差均在10%以内,证明了该模型的准确性。

     

    Abstract: In order to demonstrate the easy-running-down ability of hydraulic feedback heavy oil pump, on the basis of analyzing the operational principles and stress state of this pump, a polished load calculating model of the pump is established for heavy oil wells with hydraulic feedback heavy oil pump during production mixed with light oil. By comparing it with the calculating model of the commonly-used tube pump, the performance of easy running down for the hydraulic feedback heavy oil pump is found, and the factors which affect the down stroke are analyzed. Using the model to calculate the polished rod load for Well A which is producing heavy oil mixed with light oil, the errors are within 10% compared with the field measured data, which proved the reliability of the model.
