Application of accident treatment technology in sidetracking slim hole

  • 摘要: 侧钻井完井是在原有的生产套管内悬挂特殊尺寸的小套管,井筒具有上下内径尺寸差异大、事故段作业空间小的特点,此类井内处理复杂事故难度大。为此,从工具设计、作业管柱选择、循环携屑问题的解决等方面入手,归纳总结出一套适合处理侧钻井小井眼内事故复杂处理的工艺方案,并在现场应用中达到了预期效果。

     

    Abstract: The completion of lateral drilling technology is hanging small casing with particular sizes in original production casing. The accidents treatment in these wells is very difficult since the well bore is featured by large size differences for inner diameter in upper and down section and small operated spaces for accident section. So this paper starts with the following aspects: tool design, operated string selection and circulatory cuttings carrying, and summarizes a set of process scheme which is suit for handling the complex accidents in sidetracking slim hole. The application have arrived prospective effect.
