  • 摘要: 精细控压钻井是解决窄密度窗口安全钻井问题的新技术之一,其目的是精确控制环空压力剖面,实现井底压力的恒定控制。介绍了自主研发的PCDS-I精细控压钻井系统装备特点、现场试验与应用情况。该系统整体运行稳定、无故障,经受住了现场工况的考验,实现了恒定井底压力控制和微流量控制,钻进过程中,系统回压控制精度达到0.2 MPa,接单根、起下钻过程中,系统回压控制精度达到0.5 MPa。

     

    Abstract: MPD is a new technology that to resolve the drilling problem of narrow mud weight window, the aim is to precisely control the annulus pressure profile, to achieve a constant bottom-hole pressure. This article describes the development of the PCDS-I Auto-controlled pressure drilling system, equipped with sophisticated features, field tests and application. The overall stable operation, without failure, has withstood the test of site conditions, to achieve a constant well base pressure control, and micro-flow control, into the process system back pressure control accuracy 0.2 MPa, then a single root, from the drilling process control precision of the system back pressure 0.5 MPa.
