  • 摘要: 根据颗粒级配理论,优选中空玻璃微球(HGS)为减轻剂,开发研制出超低密度水泥浆体系,解决了常规超低密度水泥浆体系存在的如水泥石强度发展缓慢、水泥浆稳定性差、失水难以控制等问题,填补了国内1.00 g/cm3以下超低密度水泥浆体系的空白。室内实验和现场应用证明:该体系的沉降稳定性好、抗压强度高、失水小、流变性能好,能有效防止气窜,稠化时间可调且过渡时间短,一二界面固井质量良好。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of particle size grading principle, Hollow glass particles(HGS) were selected as the density decreasing additives, and the novel super-low-density cement was made, which not only solved the difficulties of conventional super-low-density cement, such as slow cement strength increasing, poor stability, and uncontrollable water loss, but also broke the domestic vacancy of density below 1.00 g/cm3. Indoor experiments and field tests showed that the cement slurry system exhibits good settlement stability, high compressive strength, low water loss, fine rheological behavior, effective gas channeling prevention, adjustable thickening time and short transition period, as well as good cementing quality at cement-to-formation and cement-to-casing interfaces.
